Action: The PYP advocates action as an extension of learning
and as a service to the individual, community or world. Action can be small but
significant.
We have a page set for action on our blog and we request our
parents to comment on actions seen at home by sharing it with the respective
class teachers who will then post it on the blog. This has proven very
successful in finding out what actions the children are taking outside of the
school building.

Here are a few glimpses :
Dear Grade 4 BINUSIANs,
This is my first time to make a contribution to your blog, and I am excited. From now on, I will call you the Class of 2024 because the year 2024 is when you will graduate from Grade 12 and finish school.
I was very much delighted to visit your Community Health Fair today. The new information that I learnt was about white blood cells, that one lung is longer than the other one, and about the need to eat food with no added sugar.
One team also measured my weight and let me know, after using a calculation, that I am slightly overweight. That is why it is a good idea for me to eat food with no added sugar.
Thank you for making me feel like a proud Principal after I interacted with you at your fine exhibits.
Have a good day,
Mr. Peter
